Who We Are
Flobamora Community Perth is one of the Indonesian socio-cultural community-based in Perth, Western Australia.
The name Flobamora itself stands for Flores-Sumba-Timor and Alor. Four big islands in East Nusa Tenggara province -Indonesia. However, East Nusa Tenggara Island not only consists of these four islands.
East Nusa Tenggara Province comprises 320 islands, and one of the islands, Rote Island, is very close to Darwin-Australia.
Until now, Flobamora Community Perth has approximately 200 members.
The community was founded by Mrs. Maria M.A Doy in 2007. The purpose of the community is, firstly, to unite the East Nusa Tenggara Province diaspora, who lives in Perth or Western Australia.
